Did it my self, its awesome. The real issue when you touch the surface...some spots will remain.

If you wana save a ton of time and mess do what I did I hung a Kal king black sheet on the wall behind my tv. Took less then 5 min looks great cost 15 dollars. Pushed in a couple of push tac pins in each side on top and just let it hang down.

Ok you have convinced me that I could actually do this and not mess it up. Is your wall still black? If not, was it hard to paint over the black?

What are you wiping the walls down with? How long did it dry before you removed the tape?

soap and water. I took the tape of the next morning.

I did this to my wall. And suddenly, after 6 months, it gets dusty-like white. It was like a dried powder on th wall. Any solution?

It's called blushing. If you paint when it's really humid it's likely to happen.

What finish did you use? Satin or gloss? It for sure have a sheen! Gorgeous
