For the lemon pig, I sort of agree with Tim! We're all stardust, and you didn't cause them to come out. MAYBE that means your luck will come in the form of someone outside the family helping you with something this year?

Can't get over how concerned Jenn was over the lemon pig prematurely losing its pennies 😄 I just checked my lemon pig user guide and it says if the pennies get accidentally knocked out by contractors or plumbers (but not electricians), then instead of throwing the pig into a body of water you have to throw it into an active volcano. If it was an electrician, you have to get NASA and Bruce Willis to drill a hole and throw the pig into the center of one of Jupiter's moons (any moon your choice).

Those second babies who hear their older siblings the whole pregnancy sleep sooo well because they’re used to all that noise! They don’t startle as much at loud sounds either. I can’t wait to see him!

We changed the bulbs to Philips Hue lights when we had a nursery and it was a game changer! You can control light temperature, colour, and brightness from your phone and even program what type you want and timers. We now have them in our bedroom lamps as well.

No matter a lemon with pennies falling out, if you look around at your healthy family, beautiful home, a baby on the way that you never thought that you would possibly even be able to have along with having Jackson, getting to go to Disney and have so many viewers who you take us on your many trips to many places, and bring joy to so many, I would say waking up every morning with all these things and more, you all are very blessed! There should be no sadness over all these wonderful blessings in your life. ❤

BRIGHT LIGHT for sure. You can always just have the lamp on for rocking the baby. But... sometimes you need a bright light to see everything. I actually have dimmer lights in my house. You choose the brightness. Brilliant.

For the Lemon Pig, I would switch the narrative! Yeah, it was outside force but I agree with Tim. It was supposed to happen the way it happened. In response to what type of light I prefer in a bedroom, our old house had dimmer switches in all of the bedrooms AND the bathrooms! It was brilliant and I will have this again!

Light wise for over head light i like a dimmer switch. All depends on mood n what you re doing. Better say to go n always good to have a little dresser lamp n a corner floor lamp

A fun arts and crafts idea is combine corn starch and water with water color paint and make sure the paint is waterproof, the fun with this is you can let Jackson use his hands or use sponges. The art dries sparkling and glossy.

I added a dimmer to my light as it too was the only true light source. It was so wonderful for middle of the night feedings and diaper change. Then if needed to on a dreary day you can increase the amount of light. It was so easy to install--goes right on the light swich.

Jenn that black top looks SO GOOD on you. The red does too but I really like the black’s shape! Good choice :) I agree w Tim… it’s still the universe that allowed for the Pennies to fall out! In our bedroom we have two lamps, but one of them is an echo bulb where we can control the brightness! That way when we need a lot of light we can have it, but when we don’t we can make it super dim 😊

Painting Tip- When you open the paint can poke a couple of holes with an Awl or something sharp where the lid seals. Paint will go back into the can after pouring and won’t splash when you put the lid back on
