Today I'm going to show you how you can paint a beautiful picture yourself, using the color splitter method. But it's not a split cup, but a whole new technique with which you can paint beautiful art yourself. Even suitable for painting beginners.
First we need to create the color separator. Since the cups are often not just straight, I made myself a template and sacrificed a cup for it and split it in half.
I can now transfer this half mug to a piece of cardstock, cut it out and put it in the actual mug about halfway down. The important thing is, it must not get stuck in the mug.
We will have to pull it out of the paint later for this painting result.
Pull the paint separator out very slowly, you don't want the paint to mix too much.
