Actually I don't see anything wrong in leaving a current job for a better paying one. Its not always about honesty and loyalty cos we all need money to pay bills.

Han but aise direct han bolkar ghamand mai dubkar mana karna chahiye kya?...Tum khud batao.....agar tum jab bade hoge...aur tumhara ghar ki naukrani kuch jyada paiso kae liye tumhara ghar chod kar kisi aur ke ghar kaam kare breaking 5 or more years bond of your house...tum uske sath yahi karogi na.....

I think you missed the point, definitely one can always switch to a better paying job, but here she was being that selfish that she chose to not even serve 1 month's notice period and took advantage of her employer not getting her into an official contract. In simple words, it was breach of mutual trust.
