This is a very interesting for me as I am coming to Scotland in August for a West High Land Way and Great Glen Way hike. I am staying couple days in Glasgow first and my plan is to visit Paisley to see the abbey there. I've heard the William Wallace connection but I never knew there are so much the else to see inside the abbey. I thought most of it is in it's ruins really. Now Iam even more exicited to visit Paisley and see all myself and maybe I meet the ghost too in there who knows. Thank you for the video.

Intriguing & useful video. Can you explain those huge ugly corbels at the base of the triforium? I suspect for statues. BTW the building has no entry on the Historic Scotland site - a site poorly managed and organised - 'organised' seems too good a word for it. Why didn't the Scots simply allow NHLE (National Heritage List for England) to run it? They have a superb map-search facility with links to full descriptions, illus & comments. Is this by any chance another benefit of the fishy SNP so-called 'government'?!
