Excellent effort son. Hope more and more people of India grow it and consume it for nourishment. Yes South American countries : Mexico is also in top producers and all health conscious people in USA are consuming daily. Best fruit for nourishment. Hope they grow enough that everyone can have at least one a day. We can Use it plain, in salad, as chutney (called Guakamali), add in any vegetable, in shakes -lassi.... 👍People need to take care of own health to avoid doctors and medicines ! Aapn hathi aapna, aape hi kaaj sawariyye. Apne layee grow karo ki only rich are not eating it, all Kisans are also eating it. Don’t worry, Surplus will have demand and market all over country. Thanks of excellent effort and thinking of it. 👌 Also think of growing “Quinoa” grain which is best protein rich grain as per World Health organization. Better than wheat like oats. Health is wealth.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
