Our prime minister landed in your country only a few years back. If the establishment would have wanted, they could have used it as an opportunity to ease the tension between the two neighbours. As Indians, we do want to move past this hostile situation however, in recent history our efforts have been futile. PM Bajpayee stood at the Minar-e-Pakistan and assured Pakistan of friendship however, soon after we were attacked in Kargil. Indian army doesn’t have any incentive in hostilities with Pakistan, we want to concentrate our efforts against China. But Pakistani army has to have India as an enemy to justify its control over the country. The Modi who is hated across Pakistan was the first prime minister of India that invited Pakistani prime minister for his oath taking ceremony. How else can we prove our intentions?

Irony is, people from both Pakistan and India come here and accuse each other. They don’t have answer when we question, escapism. I think Indian and Pakistan should focus on themselves. They both have millions of people living below poverty line. A big chuck of their population don’t have basic necessities. Solution is simple. Leave Kashmir and spend that money on your own people.

I went to a Pakistani restaurant in abroad, and there were a couple who came for lunch, and the #idiot restaurant owner started the conversation where r u from, and the couple mentioned they r from Kashmir and the idiot again forcibly asking the couple Wether they r from Pakistan or India but the couple were so #hesitant to clarify but their accent seems to be a bit Indian... I am just wondering how did in just a 5 mins meeting in a random public transport the Indians r offering u a sponsor visa to come to their wedding...........

Remember not everyone is generous from heart but you may find some Pakistanis who are generous! I am Pakistani & my Indian colleagues came to my apartment frequently after 8 pm just because I make very good masala tea even it includes pandits too & I go with them to Indian restaurants & they go with me to tikka restaurants as well! Be happy!
