Rasagulla Odisha ka hi invention hai proof ho chuka hai, Odisha has got the GI Tag too. Rasagulla is being made from thousand of years for Jagannath Prabhu. Jo naa maane uski problem.

Iman lets clear ur confusion about butter milk once and all😂 Take curd add water to it about half to the quantity of curd(approx). Churn it with any churner( electric churner are very common in households) earlier there used to be hand churners. After about 15 minutes you will see butter on top of this mixture. Remove butter and liquid left behind is butter milk.

Dahibara is love, Pakhala is emotion/ life especially in summer 😍🥺. Odisha cuisine is best for summer, because its simple soul food, shaanti dene wala. Also Rasgulla is originated and invented in Odisha for Prabhu Jagannath. Odisha has already got its GI tag. It's proved. Another thing is Bengal Rasgulla is actually very different from Odisha Rasgulaa in taste/ flavour, size, colour.

Popular from outside come and taste at some random place or over hyped place, I don't understand why their guide if he is an odia, guides them to do so, none of the place they have tried are good, the real ones always get missed, so@imanandmozzam don't believe these reviews as they are misguided

Mutton Ghugni is one of the most delicious food l have come across. But l found Mutton Ghugni at Kolkata, better than Orissa. Specially after Durga Puja, the Bengali families offer you Mutton Ghugni and sweets and it tasts delicious.

Butter extracted liquid is butter milk and also chach ,Dalma is Odisha flavoured sambhar of South .Kesar infused Rossogulla and as also chasni is very very tasty and called Raj Bhog

Buttermilk chaas ko bolte hai... Shayad kacchi lassi hi hai buttermilk... Jab dahi ko bilote hai butter nikalne ke liye to jo pani aur dahi ka pani bachta hai use hi buttermilk bolte hai... Ye buttermilk to angrezo ko samjhane ke liye hai desi me ise chaas hi bolte hai... Masala chaas best hoti hai bhuna jeera aur kala namak daal ke

Kacchi lassi dudh aur Pani se banti hai jismein rooh afza Dala jata hai flavour Dale jaate Hain 17 tarikh ko kashti yani ekadashi hai jis din bahut jyada chhabile lagte Hain Dan Kiya jata hai yah June ka Mahina chhabilo ka Mahina hota hai kachi lassi bati jaati hai sharbat bante jaate Hain Pani Dan Kiya jata hai fal pankhe ghade yah Dan Kiya jata hai.. generally its Mattha / Chahch / namkeen lassi with masala, kala namak, mint etc..etc...etc......dahi mei paani milao, use patla karo aur ghot dalo / churner se math dalo......kuch der ruk jao, upar se butter chan lo aur masala dalo bas.............ab pooncha to paise lagenge.

I see what you did there, And why are you comparing? Food, cuisine kaunsa kitna achaa hota hai uska koi criteria/ test hai kya check karne ka. These are subjective things. Don't try to make one superior and one inferior.
