i think the garrison isnt a regular taker, he can absolutely heal with those intervals

In low Power Kingdoms, it’s very common. Specially for new ones like 3000+, or even +2800. They even don’t buff their Troops when they take Passes, and don’t plann it, and they don’t care if they take it too late 😅
