AOA. Sir now in budget capital gains tax now 15% not 3% without any retain period. If any person who has after 10yesrs property /house want to sale and purchase new house from one society or another society or city. This is too much tax 15%capital gain after 10years gains is sometimes 100% or more, in addition this capital gains tax is nonadjustable. Why not property stack holder highlights this issue to Finance Minster.

This scheme was announced in1985 and the successful candidates has paid full amounts/ dues but the CDA has not yet started its development. Bhai 20lakh ka plot 2cror ka hua in past 15years pr currency 5 time gir Gai, overseas pakistaniyo ko zalalat hi mili. This type taxes will increase prices more. I kept my riyals saving for more than 15 years here still that crors are not paying for the value I paid in foreign currency. Most effected ppl are long term buyes and gain tax is huge in terms of pak rupees vs real value they gained is minimum for keeping money stuck for that long in pak rupees.
