Always appoint right person for the right job

this was my idea too, my idea was consider every village as one farm, merge all the lands as one single farming land, plant different crops this land ie vegetable, animal fodder, grains etc sell them in market and distribute theim profits according to land percentage of land owned by each farmer. also make dairy farm in every village which is missing in their farm right now. each village must have 300 cows/buffalo/goad/lamb farms, the fodder planted in some portion of the land will provide fodder to animals of the farm. farmers will have additional income and thus it will increase milk and meat production for country, this is not the end the waste produced by animals like in India can be utilized for producing natural gas, that gas can be provided to villagers of that villages in discounted rate raising the standard of living but also surplus bio gas can be sold to CNG pumps, restaurants and tandoor also to textile mills. also each village or 3 villages combined can make their own animal fodder machine or plant for their dairy farms it will break the monopoly of existing fodder mills exploiting. this way new Eco system of self sustainable village economic model will be formed. we will produce 3 times more grains and will be self sufficient our agriculture exports can reach to 30 billions dollars in no time.

If some one caught in using the agricultural diesel in vehicles he pays huge fine. A former can easily get loan from bank to buy agricultural instruments. These loans are protected by law. Norwegian farmer is very rich and he get good price of his crops.
