Private doctors & hospitals earn crores but they take cash and do not pay any tax. They must be forced to issue FBR invoice.

When fbr tries to expand taxnet by imposing tax on retailers they got very very angry and starts blackmailing of shutdowns. Govt has to take serious actions to document these economies.

Is citizen portal still active. It was very good application in PTI government. I complained in 2022 but the issue was responded very late.

@ Zubair Ahmed Khan, a better way to deal with this theft is that the whole service sector should be asked to inform customer via receipt or ntn for sales tax they owe to the relevant authorities rather then collecting it on their behalf. Atleast this will motivate the relevant authorities to track amounts due from citizens rather then powerful/notorious business owners etc.

I have also been reporting such invoices since 2020 after POS activation... I do report every POS invoice and verify on FBR tax asaan app ... Wherever I find a suspicious invoice I always report it.

I was checking the authenticity of the Halal Zabiha in McDonalds hamburgers sold in Karachi. I contacted their headquarters in Oak Brook , Chicago. Their response was ( contact local corporate representatives in Pakistan.). There ( Karachi ) response was to contact Dubai office, which is a game of circles. email response was also zero. I was told by food industry representative that meat comes from Argentina and Australia which is ot slaughtered according to Islamic way ( zabiha ). Ownerships of franchisees are also non Muslims from India.

Let PM and budget makers must watch and listen. How come that person riding on a luxury vehicle, owning and making money out of tax networks... a simple method to check and enlist tax payer. Why FBR is running after small shop keepers to squeeze their bread earnings, etc. A clear cut indications of vested interest, corruptions, lack of honesty.

FBR should outsource registration implement process to third party. Private companies will have higher success ratio in registration if there is fine percentage same as FBR employees given to them

Very informative! On a side note, this person may have Nystagmus (side-to-side eye movement), he should get it checked to make sure it is not due to a serious issue. A more serious issue is his safety after publicly posting what he's doing. The powerful people of this country will not like what he's doing, especially once it gets more momentum.

36:34 Because this is the main difference between service and goods. When you are eating food it’s a service so charged in Srb whereas if you’re purchasing packaged food or bakery item then they are providing goods so charged under Fbr.

Anil Kapoor ke movie main bhi yehey idea tha. This should be encouraged and authorities should get serious. Without efficient tax collection the tax burden on normal people will keep on increasing and debt burden on the government will keep on increasing. Only few politicians, government officials, businesses and retailers will get rich. Government officials want to work if they are given the freedom and power with transparency.
