Momos mai cabbage , carrot and soya bean ki filling hoti hai cabbage or carrot ko kadukash karke momos ke andar bhara jata hai with different type of spices 😊

My favourite dish Dosa basically four types dosa 1-plain dosa isme coconut ki chutney aur sambhar hota hai plain dosa ka mtlb isme kuch fill nhi hota plain hota 2-Masala dosa isme potato ka masala banne fill Kiya jata same chutney aur sambhar 3-Paneer dosa isme paneer ka masala banne k fill Kiya jata hai 4-Special dosa = (masala+paneer) isme thoda sa masala paneer ka aur thoda masala potato ka mix krk uske under fill Kiya jata hai wahi same chutney aur sambhar. Momos outer is made of maida very thin small puri and filling is either veg. Chicken or paneer and is usually steamed or fried. Momos are lightly spiced but momos chatney is quite spicy somewhat like shzewan chatney. At some places its served along mayonise too..basically its Tibetan food but now available at every corner and we indians have given it a indian tadka like. Tandoori momos , kurkure momos etc etc
