Chandni chock is one of the biggest market place in Delhi, think any thing and you can buy it in this market. there are markets dedicated for all the things. basically it a business hub and wholesale market.

Paranthe wali gali is in chandini chowk. And these are more of stuffed puris than actually parathas. Established during british time, these were quick savour for freedom fighters who used to gather near lal quila, since frying allowed multiple parathas at a time compared to traditional tawa making, it took off.
