Turkish kebabs are something else. They're amazing, succulent, more focus on the taste of the meat than any additives like spices. The flat Turkish kebab you liked is Adana kebab and it's my favorite one. Our desi BBQ is close to home, we're familiar with the taste and there's nothing like it too.

@@aliibrahim1394 Pakistani mostly have spicy taste. This is why they even put desi spice in Shawarma. I remember eating Shawarma in Pakistan it tasted like curry lol. Thats why even most Pakistani kebabs are spicy. While Turks, Iranians etc.. use other ingredients to make it taste good, you really taste thr meat without the spices
