Everyone including scientists, people who run small businesses and even janitors are integral and important part of the community. Society cannot function and succeed without anyone of them. This man selling organic sugar cane juice is not with mediocre abilities but someone with an initiative, drive and ability to get things done. Whoever has initiative will develop ability and eventually succeed in whatever they put their hands in. In today's undependable economy people need to be flexible and adapt to changing times. To become a big & successful a business needs people with initiative. Those who only focus on traditional professions would have written off both scientific genius Albert Einstein, successful businessman Richard Branson when they dropped out of school.

What makes him any different from the guy selling meat with traditional Pakistani cuts? From the guy selling Pakistani clothes? From the guy selling Pakistani snacks? The answer is nothing!! When you begin to celebrate mediocrity you start lowering your standards. There are dozens of Pakistanis I know of who have achieved a lot more than this guy, and they aren’t being celebrated (rightly so) because there is nothing worth celebrating about them. When this guy has a hundred shops across the UK … then we should celebrate him, or when his concoction is in every store then we should celebrate him. Excellence …. We should aspire to Excellence.
