All the gods we see in Sanatan dharma tell one thing in common, "God is within u, u just need to find it yourself." Sat Yug = 99 percent people were extremely pious, true, caring, and loving. Flourished nature at its true sense. Thats why the period called Satyug. The percentage started decreasing and the Yugs started changing. Its true that its a state of mind. but the percentage of living and "Non" living things/persons with the state of mind in that yug is called by that name.

Prashant sir actually ye bolna chahte h ki whole world must get out of materialistic world and automatically nature will become fine towards you and you will become fine towards the world Example: we do not need a bike or car to go for a duty if it is under 1 to 5 km.we should use bicycle for that distance.doing this will save the nature,will save your money,will save your health.
