This is what hinduism is. Most of Modern Baba's have became baba just for earning wealth. The real hindu Baba's are not teaching about Hell or heaven or hoors after die. They are teaching about the nature only. This is that spirituality which really attracts the peoples from all over world towards india and hinduism. And yes iman don't misunderstood that point we can't preserve our life but can a dead body. Here you are pointing on others. Here the guruji wanted to tell only about ourselves not for others. Actual meaning of meditation is talking about yourself only.

mossam roj 1 ghata walk pe jao....7000 steps... monday to friday... for loose weight, heart condition, for sugar level. for b.p, overall healthy condition accha hoga...and positivity and energy... icce accha aur kuch nehi ho sakta.... e exercise sabhi kar sakta hai...aur asan bhi hai...

Dear Iman and Moazzam, Happy to know that you do maditate. It is not about religeon or Hinduism, Anyone can do it. It is about knowing yourself through dhyaan i.e. concentration. Every popular personality in any feild, an actor, or a sports player do maditation to overcome his mental weakness. Attaining salvation is the ultimate aim of maditation. Although there are various steps to cross the level of dhyaan. The more you practice, more you feel yourself confident, comfortable and within yourself. Maditation is one of the greatest gifts given by Hinduism to the entire humanity. Our God lord Shiva is always in maditation or dhyaan. In other words this is the blessings of Shivji to the entire universe. Om Namo Shivay. God bless..
