E.T was originally Satyajit Ray's script that was stolen by a film studio in Hollywood.He was a world renowned maker and his films were showcased around the world .He used to be a frequent visitor at these Film circuits and studios ..and it has been proved time and again that E.T was his script..as is evident by the Bengali script that he wrote much earlier.He had taken this script to the U.S buy there it got rejected and then later circulated to be made into E.T
