apart from the obvious consistency of management-coach-selector-captain combo which actually tells a team where they stand and what's the correction they need to make - eg if Eng was too conservative in Red ball under Root they thought of making an aggressive captain and a separate red ball coach Baz. Pak should pick a page from their book get 2 coaches - 1 white ball & 1 red ball and identify separate players (specialist) for each and handle their workload accordingly. Eg - if a test bat like Rahane from 2019 (find his equivalent in Pak cricket) should be told clearly what is expected out of him in Intl Tests and give him opportunities in sync with that plan if it involves shield/County cricket then he shouldn't be given a NOC to play leagues during this season etc. Preparing for overseas tours is difficult and players need special prep for those conditions. This is not just the need for Pak but for every country but Pak can leapfrog this.

With the downfall in the percentage of Hindus in Pakistan, everything is falling at the same rate. Without religious superiority complex, people are becoming mentally weaker in pakistan.. Right after partition, Pakistanis got the new will to live(the feeling of superior) which helped pakistan to edge India in every thing. But now that edge is dissapearing in every field..

What does the downfall of the percentage of Hindus have to do with any of this? Relax, I am a Vaishnav Hindu, so you don't have to go into buslim bashing right away. Please know that if you are bringing religion and Hinduism into any and every context, including cricket and economics, then it is you who is suffering from a "religious superiority" complex. There is no reason to think that Hindus are religiously superior to any other religion. Infact, it is the notion of acceptance and tolerance which is what makes the Hindus unique and they don't downplay any other faith simply because their mode of worship or culture is different. It is indeed sad that most people who blindly scream "Jai Shree Ram" are the ones perpetrating religious intolerance when Ram himself is described as being "aiso ko UDAR jag mahin".

Pakistan team needs a long session of practice in a foreign nation, i would say for a year let them stay in a foreign country so that they can get out of their comfort zone, they will train, interact with foreigners thus boosting their confidence and pressure handling.

simple reason players want to play t20s to earn bucks instead of longer format they play leagues all over the world, pitches for test and first class is absolute shite & any youngster comes up they start making them play t20s , they should play more first class cricket or longer format

Right now, the issue is domestic league and cirulation of regular team players. You can see there are not many circulation of players in Pakistan Squad even if they play against teams like UAE or any associate countries. Players need to get rest and some B team players should also get chance. This will help them boost their confidence and some new player will learn the leadership skill. Even in domestic circuit , pakistan is crazy about pace bowlers. In a format like test, you can bowl as much fast as you can, the chances of getting a batter out in tests is more for spin bowlers. So, pakistan should also focus on good spin bowling options. Also, arrogance among players is a big issue. Some players considers themselves the best and that hurts. Even if you are the best, you should learn everyday or your downfall starts

Bring fitness test (yoyo tests) before team selections (every game) , proper age certificates, prepare competitive pitches not a road (Will help to test real skill of a batsman), scrapp white ball cricket for a while (test creates a cricketer, white ball games creates PR merchants), stop PR company goons openly bashing other players on social media, Stop leaks from dressing room, dismiss nepotism and selective player camps which provides an environment for team politics. Major changes needed are 1. Get a style of play rather than trying to being adaptive which loosely translates to being unpredictable in Pakistan's case 2. Stop player worshipping (India has that too) 3. Develop a stronger mentality 4. Hire better support staff not the guys who just wants to tour countries with the team who are actually passionate and have real job experience and degrees 5. Last, stop comparing and build slowly on your own terms else you won't explode (not a joke) , you will implode

In my opinion Pakistan cricket have a great talent but lack of infrastructure in first class cricket in my opinion.... because Pakistan have 3 cricket stadium with a capacity of 20 to 30 thousand on the other hand india have 64 international cricket stadium all over the country with capacity over 50000 ... so Pakistan needs to make more stadium in remote places and cities
