And I was shocked to see Pakistan's data YEAR VALUE CHANGE, % 2020 104,387 -35.84 % 2019 162,689 -25.16 % 2018 217,392 6.92 % 2017 203,314 14.72 % 2016 177,222 -2.75 % 2015 182,231 47.02 % 2014 123,950 2.33 % 2013 121,122 -10.96 % 2012 136,026 -2.97 % 2011 140,184 7.80 % 2010 130,038 37.70% The growth rate is almost flat.

According to data available in public domain, avg car sales in india is 33-35 lacs. Last year sales dropped to 27.1 lacs, but this year, auto industry is looking to bounce back. Btw, two wheeler sales is roughly 7 times number of cars sold in any year.

Indian Maruti Wagon R is specifically designed for India.... same model is not available outside India ... same case is for Dezire. .. latest Skoda Kushaq(King in Sanskrit) designed and made for India. .. of course our own indigenous Mahindras and Tatas has no alternative. ..
