Octopussy was shoot at different locations of Udaipur. Like the Sajjangarh was used as Kamal khan's palace. Lake palace was used as palace of Octopussy and Hotel Jab Mandir palace was used as the hotel where James Bond was staying.

Udaipur is in Rajasthan. The place on the hill was sajjangarh fort. Dhadak, love aaj Kal 2, laal kaptan and many movie's shooting is done here. And I am proud to say that I AM FROM UDAIPUR. THE CITH OF LAKES. And this city is more beautiful then it looks in the video. UDAIPUR is in Rajasthan ( PLACE OF ROYALTY) ♥️♥️♥️♥️ And I LOVE UDAIPUR.

Udaipur is in Rajasthan state, bordering Pakistan too. Moti Magri... Magri=Hill. The place in between the lake Fateh Sagar is a Solar observatory. 4:35 that's Mohan Mandir, from where the king would watch the annual Gangaur festival celebration. 5:18 That's the monsoon palace, named Sajjan Garh. It is the place where the king of Mewar lived in the season of monsoon. It's built on a hilltop and often get hidden between the clouds. 5:44 That's Jagmandir Palace, another palace built in the Lake Pichola. It was built after the Lake Palace...both are now Hotels, while Lake Palace is the third most expensive hotel of India. Yes, Dhadak, Yeh Jawaani hai Deewani, Angrezi Medium, and many others were shot in Udaipur. Udaipur is home to more than 2000 hotels... Udaipur has around 500 thousand population in 2020 P.S- I am from Udaipur! :D
