Күн бұрынIt was simply unforgettable and memorable visit to both Taj Hotel and Gateway of India. I couldn’t express my experience and feeling in words when I visited both these historic buildings. Of course, there are a lot to explore around Gateway of India including ferry ride to Elephanta Caves and other activities but because of the time limitation I couldn’t explore much around this area. However, overall it was a lovely and joyful experience visiting Taj Mahal hotel and Gateway of India.

Well, my visit to India wasn’t meant to compare India and Pakistan but honestly India is a very good, beautiful and wonderful country with welcoming people although, I hardly explored 5% of India. I appreciate your comment 🙏🏻

The Gateway of India is such an iconic sight that I wish the city would make an effort to keep the place clean. We stayed close to it and on a stroll were disgusted by the strong smell of urine which permeates the entire sea front there.

It is mostly tourists from outside Mumbai who litter the place and throw rubbish in the sea. Very few Mumbaikars, if any, visit the Gateway of India for sightseeing.
