Nice video. Good work pakwheels. I will add a point here to prolong the life of rubber parts in the suspension. I have a 2010 alto vxr. Recently I examined my suspension from a Suzuki dealer. They were astonished to see my suspension in perfect condition and the reason being that I have never serviced my car using diesel spray. I only use water or shampoo to clean my cars underside. I thought I should share this point as it really works to preserve the rubber bushes and axle boots. NEVER USE DIESEL UNDER YOUR CAR. Thanks I hope it is helpful.

These are excellent videos. There should be a playlist of all these tips. I have paid to mechanics while purchasing used cars, but very few mechanics are knowledgeable enough to perform pre-purchase inspection.

I have some different recommendations than given in this video, I will make a video for that also. Summary is this: Replacing boots of suspension components as soon as you find it torn is a good practice, people can't afford to replace entire component just because of a torn boot. Just rinse the part with a cleaner e.g. kerosene oil (not petrol as petrol is drying agent and kerosene is lubricating in nature), apply new grease and new boot. NEVER get a ball joint repaired by a lathe workshop, it will fail soon and cause fatal accidents. Do repair shock absorbers with new seals and oil. Make sure you know the correct amount of oil.

I would suggest pakwheel should open a workshop with such educated people specially in major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi/ Islamabad.

It is very common after car wash we're lubricating the suspension and other parts of the vehicle with diesel. It is not a good practice it spoils all the rubber bushes and boots etc. You would know also that plastic rubber and petroleum have the same family, it dissolve each other. Simply just spray the said suspension bush or boot with diesel and leave it in open air for few days. You'll see the cracks in it. So do not lubricate your vehicle suspension with diesel or oils it is very harmful. Try this formula it'll clean the suspension and lubricate as well. 1. Washing soda 1 table spoon 2. Surf or Ariel 4 table spoon 3. Shampoo 8 table spoon 4. Petrol 2 table spoon. 5. Water 1 litre. Mix it in 5 litre plastic bottle After car wash give the said to the cleaning boy to spray it on the suspension wait for few minutes and the shower it out. The bushes boots and other plastic parts wil last for long time. The suspension will also be soft enough.

Two quick observations for future consideration: At 1:57, it seems that the jack is not put at the reinforced panel area, rather to the left. Secondly, NEVER work on a car with just the jack, ALWAYS support the car with car stands.

میں نے کلٹس اور ویگنار کی ٹیسٹ ڈرائیو کی۔ جس کلٹس کو چلایا وہ 50000 چل چکی تھی لیکن اس کی سسپینشن سے آواز آ رہی تھی۔ ویگنار نسبتا بہتر تھی اور کیبن نوائس بھی کم تھا۔ مگر روڈ گرپ اتنی اچھی نہیں تھی۔ میں نے کلٹس پرچیز کی مگر پہلی ہی سروس تک رائٹ سائیڈ کی فرنٹ سسپنشن سے آواز آنے لگی جو اب جمپ وغیرہ میں دونوں سائیڈز سے بہت زیادہ آتی ہے۔ میرے دو تین باقی دوستوں کے ساتھ بھی یہی مسئلہ ہے۔ سوزوکی گوجرخان والے بش کا مسئلہ بتاتے ہیں مگر بقول انکے چمٹے بھی تبدیل ہوں گے۔ سوزوکی گجرات کے مطابق کلٹس کے بش کہیں بھی دستیاب نہیں ہیں۔ گاڑی کی وارنٹی کلیم کی ہے مگر تاریخ پر تاریِخ۔ برائے مہربانی ایک ریویو اس بارے میں بھی کریں۔ ساری گاڑیاں جنکا یہ مسئلہ ہے انکا وزٹ کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
