लता के गाये इस गीत की पहली पंक्तियों को ले कर ओशो ने एक पूरा प्रवचन किया था.राजेश रोशन की दिल को छू लेने वाली बेहतरीन अविस्मरणीय कम्पोजिशन,को सुनकर रोंआ रोंआ बोल उठता है.अब ऐसी कम्पोजिशन दुबारा बननी तो दूर आसपास भी नहीं फटकती.

Leaving aside the beautiful song I was amazed to see the simple picturization with minimum cost invested to picturize the sequence. In a simple manner the Saree is worn, her expression, just outstanding.

There is only 1 word to describe this song: Nostalgia. Maybe more words: sweet, serene, pure… it can go on. I have never thought or cared about death. But now days I wish I could live forever just to listen to this heavenly voice again and again. Lataji, you have made life worth living. What more can one say? I must say something more about lataji. When she sings, it seems as though time stands still. She is really singing in the moment. There is no hurry. She is savoring every syllable to the fullest extent possible. Every new note follows the previous one naturally, smoothly transitioning without the slightest hurry. Like a duck bobbing in the pond with gentle ripples.
