Dear Doctor - thanks for your video - very good advice for the longevity of our teeth - when I visited one of the dental clinics in Bangalore - I saw a placard on the table of the dentist which read “Brushing only cleans 60% - flossing cleans balance 40%” what you have to say about the flossing ? Further dry brushing may not be suitable for all - is it not like having bath without soap ? You can also mention about what we should not do - like using teeth to bite only food & avoid biting anything which is hard & not a food - some use teeth to open cans & bottles 😮😊
