Melee is the way to go these days. It really is. My main was a healer, then went mage which has been great but melee is where it is at.

Add-ons, and you should know yourslef exactly how much time is left..... If an ability work for 8s then just wait 8s mate wtf is wrong with you......

That Gnome rogue has +2 stealth detection +1 stealth when he sapped you. Tier 0,5 glove +1 stealth detect, engineer goggle +1 stealth detect and boot +1 stealth.
