Palaios Panteleimonas, in the shadow of the mountain of the gods, is a traditional settlement that has managed to preserve its picturesque beauty in an area full of natural beauties.
On the slopes of the lower Olympus, at an altitude of 700 meters, with magnificent views of the Thermaic Gulf, the coast of South Pieria and the Venetian castle of Platamonas, the picturesque village of Palaios Panteleimonas (bit.ly/mOv5XD), founded in at the end of the 14th century, is characterized as a traditional settlement as it is one of the best examples of traditional Macedonian architecture in northern Greece.
