I'm sharing an amazing Whole black Mansoor akhni pulav and a summer or diabetic salad with full punch of protein & fibre with a seasonal fruit mango.For more fibre I have added apple ,pomegranate, Cucumber.A salad dressing

Ingredients:
1/2 cup dal moong & red masoor ( 1/4 th cop each )
1 thick bunch of Spinach or palak
Little onion
2 Tomatoes
1/2 to 1 tsp gg paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric & kashmiri chilli powder
1/4 tsp jeera & dhania powder
1 +1/4 tsp salt as per taste
Juice of 1/2 lime or more as per yur liking
Saute Spinach with following :
2 tsp oil
1/2 tdp jeera
Hing
1/2 snall onion chopped fine
1 green chillies chopped fine
Bagar or tempering:
2 tbldo oil ÷ 2 tsp ghee
Finely chopped 6 garlic
2 green chillies finely chopped
3 dry chillies broken
