Written Ingredients:
For Boiling Spinach:
Palak/ Spinach 3kg
Water 1ltr
Milk 2cups
For Qorma:
Mutton 2kg
Cooking Oil 1cups
Black cardamom 1
Green Cardamom 4
Cinnamon 3pcs
Onion 3
Salt 1.25tbs
Red Chilli Powder 1.5tbs
Turmeric 1/2tbs
Milk 1/2cup
Coriander 1tsp
Garam Masala
Tarka:
Mustard Oil 1/4cup
Methi Dana 1/2tsp
Sliced Spinach 3leaves
Whole Red Chillies 4pcs

Why don’t we just call you Diwan of Desi recipes! I just finished making this with goat and my it’s perfect. Chef Afzal your amazing that’s all I can say. Love the history behind these recipes as it makes them more valuable and authentic. My husband translates for me Thanks for making it easily understandable for myself and others that aren’t desi.
