Palak Paneer पालक पनीर | Easy Restaurant Style Palak Paneer | Kunal Kapur Winter Recipe in Hindi

Palak Paneer Recipe is made using Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese) and Spinach puree, this restaurant-style Palak Paneer Curry is a delight to eat with any Indian bread especially during winters. Make it at home using my simple recipe.
Palak Paneer is one of the easiest recipes. My style of cooking palak paneer uses minimum spices & ingredients & maximum flavor of spinach.

INGREDIENTS
Spinach leaves - 500 gms (1bunch)
After blanching and squeezing it becomes 130gms
Oil - 1½ tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Garlic chopped - ¾ tbsp
Ginger chopped - ¾ tbsp
Green chilli chopped - 1 no
Onion chopped - 2 tbsp
Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Paneer cubes - 20 0 gms
Salt - to taste
Cream - 2-3 tbsp

Thank you for making this Dish. I tried it today and loved it. I added some grated paneer too as my mother likes it. It turned out pretty well. Also, thanks for telling this new word, blanching. Just a query, when we put palak in hot water, doesn't that hot water take away necessary nutrients? I agree blanching is to stop the enzyme activity to happen. If you can say something on it, it would be of added knowledge. Thanks again man!
