Thank you for this interview, we have listened to several sermons given by Munther Isaac and we wholeheartedly support his views but whilst we are writing letters and talking to people to try and do what we can to express our horror, I have a fear that accountability is a dirty word in modern politics. I also believe that it is a concept that is becoming unknown in modern society.

Why is there not more Christian outrage?

I feel nothing but shame for the complicity of the United States in providing Israel military support without conditioning that support on progress toward a just resolution of this conflict. Any remaining moral authority the United States had in the world was lost when it used its veto to prevent the international community from addressing the conflict in the United Nations. The Israeli lobby here in the United States has so much influence that, to our shame, we have become lackeys of the Likud.

First of all, I'm wishing everyone a Happy New Year and sending you best wishes for 2024. Even though, times are dark I hope all of you can find something positive that will turn 2024 into a (at least) better year than '23 And I also have to say that Owen's coverage on Palestine is one of the best independent journalism on this platform I've seen in a long a time. Especially the variety of guests, he is able to get on the broadcast is incredible, unbelievably informative is helping (who's a quite stupid person) to understand things much better. Him having the moral clarity he has as a prominent figure on this platform is great to see and I appreciate it very much. I can only imagine the amount of hate he gets online for his coverage and the things he says when he goes on other shows.
