I've seen scientist found growth plates stem cells from mice it'll be pretty cool if we could re activate growth plates so we don't have to use invasive methods of limb lengthening that will be my dream come true
@maxcadilha24903 жыл бұрын
Not only that, but it would be likely that the reactivation of growth plates would allow for the entire skeletal structure to grow proportionately

Don't say future, say now! The future is now, and as the present generation, it is in our power to make it happen. Remember, if you really want it and demand more for it, you can make it a possibility. Many things became possibilities because of the voices and actions of people that made it happen! That's the ONLY way progress can begin earlier rather than later. WE are the future. The past called us the future. Let's not disappoint our past generations and make the future now people! Let's make advancements a possibility!

I was a patient of Dr. Dror Paley almost 20 years ago! I grew 15cm of bone on my right tibia. I walk, play golf, and live a good life as a direct result of 18 surgeries on my right leg! I will be eternally grateful to Dr. Dror Paley for giving me this ability!

Can somebody host a gofundme for organizations that advance leg lengthening so we can all finally have our dreams come true? We need more people studying this field and more brilliant thinkers to turn ideas into reality. Remember people - WE ARE the future. Our past generations called us the future. Let's not disappoint our past generations and make the future now! Let's invent, brainstorm ideas, and make all impossibilities possible! Remember changes cannot happen UNLESS someone voices or takes the action to MAKE it happen. Let's grow, create, and do whatever we can in this present world so as long as we are alive! Nothing can stop us, we are born for a reason! We have one life to live, so make all your dreams happen everybody! THE FUTURE IS NOW!

Please find out a way to increase height after growthplates fused. Minimal invasive method. Please let me know how to grow longer after growth plates fusion. There must be a solution apart from precise 2 limb lengthing. Less painful method which can increase atleast a foot height. Looking forward for your reply. Tysm

Hey Doctor, wonderful videos! Growing taller was always been a dream of mine and I am really interested in this procedure. I was wondering what could make me ineligible for this type of surgery? Currently, I am pretty inflexible overall in my body. I cannot even touch my toes.

Well they’ll do a panel for you and if you have any type of body dysmorphia you may be ineligible a lot of mental tests go into this as well as physical.

Dr Paley you took risk and today we can easily see the progress. I request you to again think out of box and come up with some less invasive, less painful method to increase height atleast 1 foot. Presently 5 inches are possible but please find out something ,really its needed.the only problem with current method is that they are painful n risky and also risk to reward ratio is also high. Please Dr. Paley do something to make it possible, find out a way to add 1 foot to legs atleast.

Are there advancements in genetic or stem cell technology that can help with faster recovery (healing) and lesser complications? How long before we start seeing full recovery being halved in time?
@pre2k4753 жыл бұрын
You could shoot 3iu Genotropin daily as soon as the lengthening phase is done for way faster recovery combined with high volume, low weight leg-exercise in the gym. I bet you can do 12cm on the femur as long as you're very flexible before and you do enough exercise. It all depends on your will.
@dannydunhill70782 жыл бұрын
@@pre2k475 If I am 180 cm and lengthen femur by 7 cm, doesnt it mess up my proportions and entails a lack of athleticism? Is putting a pressure on fast healing safe for my bones and ensuring their strength?

@@dannydunhill7078 you’re tall enough so why would you want this
@dannydunhill70782 жыл бұрын
@@arkham_miami Believe me, man, I am average, if you lived in my country and was my height you would see its insufficient compared to the others. Best height is 188 cm, you are tall, but not very tall to bump into door frames, have your clothes tailored etc. Simply put, you are more confident and respected being that height. But if I lived, lets say, in Egypt, maybe I would be happier with my current height. Anyway, I do everything to undergo this surgery.
@arkham_miami2 жыл бұрын
@@dannydunhill7078 i am 166 and i would do anything to be your height. I respect your decision but atleast be grateful for what you have. Because i would have to do 2 surgeries and even go over the recommended limit (13cm) just to be your height

Dr. Paley I want 1foot to be added to my current height but this current method even precise 2 looks painful to me. And with that too people are getting only 4.5 inches maximum that too after those painful months. Dr. Please do something find a method connect with more people from different fields. I really want this surgery but the process and final results( that is only 4-4.5inches ) stops me as I want atleast 12inches or 1 foot. Please reply its been 10years I just cannot get over my this issue of height. I want 1foot anyhow. I have high hopes on you. Please reply let me know what can be done in this area. Hi Dr. paley. I think there is something wrong with the information you provided. The software and system you mentioned as advanced is the "Hexapod" system. I guess no inexperienced orthopedist can use your current software. This is a big disadvantage. Your current software is referred to as the steawart platform for mechanisms. In addition, the biggest disadvantage of hexapod systems is the singularity problem. It is for this reason that you cannot make any connections other than the specified holes when mounting to the patient. There are a lot of disadvantages, as I think you enter the bar lengths into the software one by one. In other words, he has skills that are not very different from Ilizarov, only simple software that you can sell dearly. Frankly, we see the more advanced software you have shown as a system that does not have enough know-how to make an open library and donate it to the society.

Scientists today are lazy... 100 years ago they knew all this and in 2021 we can come up with a way to help ppl group without breaking their bones and causing tremendous pain... can’t we just trick the body into thinking that it needs to develop new bones?
@nessie1668 Жыл бұрын
It's because of what liberal media and education is feeding us! They are not pushing for a smarter generation, they are pushing to DUMB us down! I was in college and literally read the SAME Langston Hughes poem for FOUR YEARS straight. The EXACT same one. This generation's brains are so crammed with "victim or guilt mentality" that it doesn't even have room to expand past that! It's because we're brain washed to think backwards thanks to the ones running the world!
@samdujardin41273 жыл бұрын
I keep hearing that these surgeries will have you in a wheelchair after x amount of years. Is that true? What are really the downsides of this surgery? Does the bone weaken? It seems to me with these modern techniques there are little to no complications and the bone grows the same way it would as when you break it, like many people do with sports or injury and they seem to do fine.
@calripson3 жыл бұрын
No you will not be in a wheelchair after x years. That is total nonsense. they have been doing these types of surgeries in Kurgan, Russia for 50 years. One aspect I would stress is pre-operative conditioning both in terms of flexibility and strength as well as post-operative rehab.
@samdujardin41273 жыл бұрын
@@calripson Thanks for your input. Would you say it's more beneficial to do strength training for the leg muscles before surgery or the opposite and leave the muscles much smaller in size? Which would help better in stretching and flexibility? My guess would be none trained because with less muscle tissue and weaker muscles overall there's less pulling force on the bones and less tension overall. I'm no expert though.
