A walk around the perimeter of the Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack, NY on a slow weeknight. This mall has seen better times and has more than a few vacancies at the moment, but I wouldn't consider it a "dead mall" by any stretch. There are still plenty of shops and restaurants to patronize, including some recently opened ones, as well as a large cinema.
