I am building a chain conveyor as this of yours. It would be really grateful if you could tell more about the motor used. (howto calculate torque etc)

did you get the speed of motor? which motor you used? please share the info

You need to know some calculation parameters. The running speed, the index circle diameter of the sprocket, the weight of the object that needs to be moved, the acceleration and deceleration time when starting and stopping, etc. You can talk further if you have questions.
