For those of you interested in Palm Springs Modernism Week, this is the tip of the iceberg of what they have to offer. There are soooooo many events, some are ticketed, some are free, all are wonderful! I can't recommend this week in Palm Springs enough. The ticketed events sell out quickly, so if you're planning a trip for next year (Feb 2024), tickets go on sale November 1, 2023 at noon Pacific Time. Head over to this website for more info!

Ok so I had to Google one, 606 s Bedford dr sold in 2020 for 820,000, now it's worth 1.2 million, loved the tours, really enjoying all your palm springs videos, thanks so much for taking us along ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ok, I looked up the oranges in the shower. Apparently it's a thing. The steam releases the scent of the orange for a citrusy spa experience. Also you can eat the orange while in the shower and not have sticky hands. Can't make this stuff up. I love the colors in house #5

Yes! I know one of them was for sure. It was the house with the cane back style closet doors and most things were neutral colors. You see when I open the closet, there’s nothing inside it and I heard them say they use it as an AirBandB. I believe the others are lived in full time but not 100% sure.

Do people live in these homes as they are decorated? Do the cars belong to the houses or they just parked there for aesthetics?

I’m sure the cars were brought in from other owners, although some may be the homeowners’ as well. But there were more classic cars than homes 😂 and to my knowledge none were staged, this is how they actually live 😍🤯
