On the remote company aspect I'd argue that the Linux foundation and Mozilla have been pretty good (along with most open source actually). I do agree there are some types of companies that absolutely cant do remote only

I really wanted to watch this, but why is the interviewers voice about 3x louder than Palmers? Really hard to watch.

It's ridiculous how loud the interviewer is, compared to Palmer. It makes it so difficult to listen to.
