As someone who used to work an assembly line, I appreciate that PSA keeps the lighting fairly low except in key areas. Really helps you feel more relaxed and less agitated, and it helps you see more closely when something wrong is happening in the machine, and then you can use a high power flashlight on and off, so you can see if anything is sparking or smoking more easily and then with a bright flashlight you can use it to help you see very tiny edges or marks with far more contrast

I just bout 3 rifles from them 1 which was a "Blem" and they are great. As someone who has been in manufacturing since 2000 this is really cool to see.

I've bought several. The 4 blem items I've bought - couldn't find a blemish. Funny enough the 1 premium complete upper I bought that was not a blem, is the only thing I've found a noticeable blemish on. I'm not complaining, I just thought that was funny. I've been more than happy with everything.

22:55 this must be why EVERY PSA order I've had goes to the UPS facility in Greensboro NC and sits there for at least 2 days😂 Says "we were unable to dispatch the trailer on time." Literally every order out of like 10. No big deal, just thought that was kind of strange when I kept seeing it.

Sounds amazing, so maybe you have an idea why some products are sold out, like certain AAC precision ammo or PSA Saber Billet rifles? They are doing amazing, I just thought maybe they should make sure they are making a decent profit for unknown problems in the future. Its great they are working so well.

“Duty” implies military-LE use. PSA’s entire business is focused on arming American civilians affordably.

I think the word “grade” was the operative word in the original comment. However, you are correct in your statement about their mission and business model. Tim from the Military Arms Channel said it pretty well in a recent video. If you “carry a gun for a living” you might need a “duty grade” gun that will last 20,000+ rounds. Most civilians, specifically those PSA is targeting, only realistically need a gun that will last 5000+ rounds. If you are a person that requires “duty grade” then buy a BCM/DD/Geissele/LMT/etc. As I mentioned in my previous comment I think PSA is trying to achieve that “grade” with their Sabre line. Only time will tell if they are able to achieve it consistently.

@Lynxdefense I hear that espoused a lot. Disconnected from reality, the business model is D2C Ecommerce in the firearms and accessories space. While we heard their leader say the other companies are just charging too much, it isn't exactly true. So duty grade is just too expensive and they are solely aiming to compete with Radical, ATI or Diamondback on the race to the bottom price-wise? Is Anderson Manufacturing doing the same thing, and should we all flock to Anderson because we are arming a lot of people? Well that theory is kind of cracked for me if you apply it to someone you care about. Let's take the lowest tier duty grade, S&W M&P15 or the Ruger AR556 or the IWI Zion and look at what savings are really there. Not much. If you are really arming these people you care about I think another 100-200 dollars will serve them well. The argument of "well PSA is just trying to crank out as much as possible for cheap and this is a brand new innovative idea etc" really bounces off a business degree or man with experience. If their goal was really to arm as many Americans as possible as cheap as possible, why spend years on the STG or some of the other lines, Spiker etc? That being said, I support them 100% but the mystique of having influencer be your proxy distribution while paying way less than you would for an actual distributor like most companies do and having very low QC is just not something I recommend. The shilling has gotten really thick, not saying your channel does this, first video I have seen (and very well done).

FN hersel checks every barrel … your signature is on that step also it’s checked after sulfur and check after shooting and cleaning . I don’t know about not checking every barrel if I agree with that. But makes sense why FN makes some of the saber barrels .

I hope psa starts buying up warehouses outside of the carolinas. With the gross incompetency of warehouse management, private couriers and certain regulatory agencies, shipping times have been slow. Direct ship some some popular items to regional warehouses or manufacture on the spot. I find it ridiculous that I live ~2 hours in the opposite direction from where some of the ammo is made, and we have to ship it back from SC. Companies are moving to Little Rock to set up more ammo plants, why not psa? a straight strive from Columbia to LR alone is 11 hours. Imagine how much faster People living in KS,MO,OK and TX would be getting their products. My latest package alone is an entire week late because it took them 7 days to drop it off at ups. What they do? Oversell an item and made me a new one on the spot?

Love PSA but their brick and mortar stores are absolutely atrocious as far as customer service goes. Employees standing around and refuse to acknowledge your existence while you wait 30 or 45 minutes for someone to help you. It's absolutely appalling how indignant the employees act towards customers.

Do they run? Are they reliable? Do they last ? Sometimes things can be done differently but not be a bad thing.

Learn how your weapons operate and troubleshoot them, then fix them. It's all trial and error. I learned back in the day before the internet and it was a long process. Now you have the internet. Get some simple tools and it's possible to figure it out yourself. It's usually small parts causing issues. Or ammo or magazine related.

It's really hard to fund someone in the trade or even the workforce that shares the same values, purpose or even drive as the company vision and mission is. Too many toxic POS people really make the day to day job harder than it needs to be.
