Cervical disk replacement after can you do heavy work please tell me , because also my cervical disk replacement back to 3 months.

Hi Suresh, when you say heavy work, do you mean heavy labour? I can't give you an answer, because I don't do manual labour work and I'm very careful when lifting items to protect my back. I have been swimming, running and paddling, but that is exercise, not heavy work. I hope that helps.
