Yes I write letters to my son and not done so for a while and this podcast helped to remind me to do this and I want my to know of when he came into the world and what he may have missed.

Love the honesty. I had a postpartum psychosis after my first baby- so hard to except and recover from. I live in Northern Ireland and they are the only region in the UK without a mother and baby unit. So I was separated for 12 days. I have went on to have a second baby and although it came back me and my family knew the signs to look out for. We need more people to speak out and raise awareness. It is such a taboo thing to talk about so thank yous xxxx

God I loooooove this and these two women!! 🙏 My son is nearly 3 and my story is so similar to this. She's honestly helped me put a few things straight in my mind.
