Just saw your other video. How about a floating castle using the glass columns to make it appear floating?

Used this as a base idea for my latest, was very happy with it! The 2 small differences I made was I extended the 2 floating mining spots to be a single one so I could fit 1 of every crop under it and 1 of each harvest node on top... I also built a large platform over the breeding pits to hold egg incubators since with default settings I needed more then 1. Thank you very much for the original video on it :)

You could potentially make a full second level. For simplicities sake, assume a square(ish) base. Lay foundation across entire floor, place palbox in the middle (or put foundation around the palbox), place pillars at the 4 corners (3 pillars high so largest pals can work, i think), and lay roof across the entire 2nd level. The stairs are the tricky part (or you could just put the palbox on the 2nd level and leave an opening in the ground to throw pals down from lol, should work in theory). Anyway, decide where you want the stairs to go and place them. If you don't want to foundation the entire ground (like delete and start over basically), you could try just with pillars. Pillars are essentially foundation pieces if they're in contact with the ground. It takes more work, so you would need to figure out how to make it work with your base. The general idea is place your stairs going up where you want them (go 2 stairs high if i remember correctly), place a roof at the top, put 2 pillars on the non-connected side of the roof to the ground as support (technically you only need 1 pillar but every placement along the staircase would need to be on the same side of the stairs), put more stairs going up.

Can you do like a mini castle?? I have a SMALL portion to build on, it's like on a cliff but I don't have much to work with because I wanted my animals and tools on the main piece of land and then my house on the top of the cliff. I need help 😭

I love your idea about the “box” around the pal box to contain the pals. I tried it on one of the base but found that my larger pals would get “stuck” in the box. Could keep them out of it so was constantly picking them up and throwing them out of the box. Bummer, cause it did contain the new pals added to the build. Think I will build a small 4 wall box and put my merchant in it to keep them contained. Really enjoy your videos…..

You don't have farms? Do you know about the stacking farms? That's a nifty trick when space is limited. I usually do 6 wheat farms on top of each other because I need lots of cakes for breeding.

I liked your last all in one base build video. You really cooperated all the necessary buildings in one. My only issue is i want to put all the farm types and old downgrade buildings, literally every building in one base along with everything else and the other farms take a lot of space also. Im definitely using your base idea as a bases and edit things out here and there.

Leave it as it is, its looks fine. You have other bases that looks amazing! But this one is different than all the ones youve built. I think you should just leave it as it is. And let it be different. You have one more pal box if you want to do something fancy add your 4th base. But this is fine.

Are raids a big problem? Last game i played where building was a must was conan exiles. I lived in the jungle in the trees like an ewok. I got raided just destoyed the ladders. The gorillas and other jungle critters could not get to me even with the ladders intact. Only you know what your base needs and how to improve it thats one thing i did learn from Conan and actually building a base instead of doing the bare minimum. Anyway there is my two cents back to blocking i d 10 t's on twitter here i thought the p$*n bots were bad. Real people can be worse way worse.
