Before you go and catch a Grizzbolt, there are a couple of things you need to do to get prepared.
Firstly, you must have a flying mount, and the earliest one you can get is a Nitewing in the starting area of the game. This is because the island where the Grizzbolt is located requires some distance.
Speaking of distance, you also want to make sure that you have higher stamina due to the long ride you'll be taking.
Another important thing is to ensure your character level is at least 20 and to have at least one strong Pal fighting by your side.
The last thing you need is a bunch of higher level Spheres, like a Giga Sphere or even a Hyper Sphere, to increase your chances of success when catching him.
Once you have all of this sorted, head all the way to the south from the starting location of the game, where you'll see an isolated island on the water. That's where you'll find a Grizzbolt.

The moment you step in the island, you'll receive a prompt that says "Criminal Activity Underway." This means if guards spot you in this area, you'll become wanted, and they will attempt to attack you. It's better to avoid them as much as possible, as they can make the mission harder.
As tiring as it may sound, a Grizzbolt is a rare Pal to spawn, and it might require going back and forth to the island a couple of times for it to appear.
Palworld is an action-adventure survival game by Japanese developer Pocket Pair. The game is set in an open world populated with animal-like creatures known as "Pals". The players can battle and capture Pals in order to use them for base building, traversal, and combat. Palworld can be played either solo, or online by up to 32 players on one server. Other elements, such as using creatures for food or placing them to work in mines and factories, have also garnered attention.[2] It sold over three million copies within the first 40 hours of early access,[3] and was generally well-received, with commendation for its gameplay, content, and satirical premise,[4][5][6][7] but criticism for its reliance on shock humor and use of unoriginal designs and mechanics.[8][9][10][11]
Overview
In Palworld, players control a customizable avatar from a third-person perspective with the goal of exploring the open-world Palpagos Islands and uncovering their secrets. Similar to other survival games, players need to manage their hunger level, craft basic tools, gather materials, and build bases that also act as fast travel points. Unlocks through a technology tree allow the player to craft and use new weapons, structures, and decorations.[8]
The islands are inhabited by over 100 creatures known as Pals. Players directly engage in combat with Pals in order to weaken them and capture them using "Pal Spheres". Pals can also be bought on the black market through NPCs or traded with other players.[8] After obtaining Pals, they can be summoned to battle or stationed at the bases to assist with scavenging, crafting, cooking, etc., depending on their type. Each Pal has a Partner Skill, allowing further utility by using them as weapons or mounts.[12]
