Frank just needs a good Hypercharge and he'll be decent. Heres an idea: Hypercharge: "Beast Unburdened" Ability: Frank can now move freely while winding up his super. Stat boosts: 30% speed 5% damage 20% shield The idea is basically that Frank can use the 30% speed boost and 20% shield to close the gap, kind of like how Mutation Frank works. This speed will be very powerful when paired with the fact that Frank can now move while einding up his super, so now instead of dtanding still, youll be able to run down your opponent with incredible speed, making his super almost impossible to dodge. Pair this with the Active Noise Cancelling gadget, and its basically over for your enemies. Just imagine the terror of an absolute behemoth running full speed at you, while winding up a devastating stun that can easily team wipe? That would be terrifying, and would give Frank incredible pop off potential. It would be kind of like Jacky's Hypercharge, where hes a punching bag for most of the match, but once he gets that Hypercharge, he just needs to make that one big play to change the game.
