PAM8403 will only be able to deliver 3 watts per channel if the voltage is 5 volts. In the case, the maximum tension that 18650 battery will be 4.2 volts, so it will less than 3 watts.

yes,, my decoder not working that diagram,, i use 3.7v nothing power,.. but i use the charger 5v output its working,... now i have that idea how its working, i use battery bank mudule, because its 5v output so its working and good quality sound...

Yes bro power bank better than battery because power bank voltage supply is 5v but battery voltage is 3.7v

Some decoder support 5v-12 regulator.on that case you should remove that.on vcc line have diode and capacitor.just jumper the line cut trace.

Bro im using 3 pam 8043 amplifiers combined with mp3 bluetooth module and im using these amplifier with 25w speakers in pairs for one pam board but when heavy bass comes the voltage drops so can you 3 me a powerfull power supply to the boards.

With 25w speakers in pairs for one pam board, you need more current power from 4 cell batteries 3.7v with parallel method. Or the easy way is using powerbank smartphone that have the biggest mAh capacity. Cheeer...(˛•̃•̃)/🍻\(•̃•̃¸) 🇮🇩

Is this mp3 decoder specifically 5v or 5v/12v? Cause I'm doing the same project but using 5v/12v mp3 decoder and It power on only for a few seconds than It shutdown for low battery I think.

If you have 12v battery then you can install voltage regulator dc to dc buck converter and set it to 5v range and then you will get 4.5 hours backup
