When I am back, I am back!!! We are still clearing up my archives because a lot can happen in 8 months and as mentioned prior, I vlogged and will be sharing the content with you under "Pamela Lately Archive"! This vlog is the most random compilation of events but what I wanted to highlight is how different my life is, from influencer events filled with the most colourful personalities to spending time in the kitchen to painting at home to recenter myself.
We are due for a sit-down video and I cannot wait to catch up with you in an updated Get to know me!

You did that! wow those platters look amazing. I have seen people using this method to melt chocolate: Boil some water on the stove, in a pot. Then you put a bowl with chocolate over the pot while the water is boiling.

As a baker, I think that you put it in the microwave for far too long, meaning if not watched carefully, even the baking chocolate would burn. The problem with the baking chocolate is that it can reduce the quality of what you're making because in SA, they sell low quality baking chocolate. So, one of the best chocolates you could use for cooking and baking would be the Cadbury Bournville chocolate (available at all supermarkets, except Woolies).

Giiiiirl I don’t think that chocolate is good quality at all, it didn’t even melt. It burnt right off the bat. 😭🤣 but I’m not a baker so I didn’t expect much from myself either. I’m going to try baking chocolate next time! Thanks boo 😊
