Why is there no Yellow windmill on zone A2? or an electrical tower on the default zone?

@@ElDocLoganah got it. I was trying to make the point of how majority worked and I exaggerated the example. Looking at it now I probably could have used another zone to make the same point. Apologies for the confusion, good call out!
