After freezing the plate for 12hs, how many icecream cups can you make before the plates is not cold enough?

On a refrigerated unit the ice cream takes 1-2mins to make. I expect making it on a chunk of frozen water to take a bit longer that 2mins - maybe 5mins - but there is no reason to cut any videos, even if 5mins long. I, too, wondered whether additional freezing has taken place between camera cuts. If the video was cut and edited because it was too long and boring, then is that what the experience making this ice cream is also like? lol
