@@FightDad I train in boxing ,but now I am interested in panatukan. I would like to know about helmet guard and attacks which can be used in street fight. As you know boxing is for ring,but panatukan has elbows,hammer fist and knees. If u can make a video on that?

Boxing is excellent, I really hope you keep training it brother, and boxing can absolutely be used in a street fight already, as long as you get used to striking without gloves and wraps (some conditioning on the bag with bare knuckles, maybe up to about 50% maximum power). And yeah absolutely, elbows, hammer fist, knees, headbutts - all part of Panantukan! I have a video showing several types of elbow strike, and another on doing a strong hammer strike too... But I will make a new video of putting those things together! Thank you for the suggestion
