Yeah. I couldn't tell a huge difference in quality when you showed the area but it was brighter for sure. you can really tell the difference when you switch to yourself. Very nice Dan

Yup, the 9mm is amazing. On the GH6 it is crisp, fast and I always bring it with my kit. I bought it as soon as it came out at my local photo shop on Avenue du Parc in Montreal. When they sell at the same price as Amazon, I prefer to encourage them.

Yup, I guess my assumptions on the last test video were correct. 9mm for any time the camera is gonna be close to the main subject of the image and the 12-60 for POV and zooms

I think I'll buy this new 9 mm, not so much for the difference with the lack of luminosity of the 12 mm @ 2.8 (if adding one stop to the ISO, I bet it would be similar) but because it is much sharper. And since i'm found of UWA, I've already the Zuiko 8-25 mm. At night, having almost 3 more stops will allow me to take nice movies without having to go higher than 1600 ISO.

I came for the 9mm F1.7 but bought the 12-60 F2.8

New lens is awesome for low light interviews outside, is there a difference between filming inside and outside for these kind of lenses?

I am liking the look of the Panasonic Leica 12-60mm f2.8-4.0 lens a lot more. It's a bit more versatile when it comes to travelling. There's also the Panasonic Leica 8-18mm f2.8-4 lens too to consider. Thanks for showing a video test of the 9mm lens.
