Panasonic Lumix FZ70 / FZ72 menu options
Cycling through the menu options of the camera from Intelligent auto to manual and showing the live mode with some short reply of video on the lcd screen.

I just don't get this. No audio, how does this help anybody to understand how to use this camera? Spinnig wheels and pushing buttons. Big deal

James Morrison I have posted many videos of this camera...someone asked if I could post a video of the menu...I posted it. Doesn't have to be a big production does it. It might not be a big deal to you but this might be the first camera for someone or maybe they just wanted to see the menu...might be big deal to them. You sound like you know cameras so you should know how to use one anyway without instruction, so even an instructional video would be not a "big deal" to you.

Nice little camera. Very user-friendly, menus are pretty simple to find your way around. Zoom, of course, is quite awesome..! Also like the wide angle which is very useful. Thanks for the videos, Catsclouds

The RAW Files can yield some nice photos if you know which setting to use and keep it stable on either a Mono Pod or Tripod.

I can't find the menu option to turn off Highlight, please can you help at all? I have an FZ72 and it only seems to have one page of settings under the spanner icon

catsclouds you know on 0:53 seconds, what is that RAW symbol at the top? one with an arrow pointing down on 6 white boxes? Which is the best one to use?

Hi if you look up Fz70 manual it is online, on page 144 this setting is explained. It can shoot raw but this is Fine setting: "Gives priority to picture quality and saves pictures in JPEG file format." but if you want to buy this camera to shoot photos I would buy a different camera because it has no connection for remote. But the price is very good so maybe that does not matter. Thanks for watching. I have many fz70 videos check them out.

Thanks, I have this camera. When you say no connection for remote, do you mean unable to shoot "free hand"? I checked the info on RAW and it seems like it's good to shoot in RAW as Jpeg compresses your photo thus affecting the quality. I usually take sunset and macro photos with this camera. Querido amigo acabo de recibir mi Lumix FZ70 y luego de estrenarla la camara ha quedado muda, parece que estuviera en mute, no se oye el sonido en los videos, ya he hecho de todo para ver que ha pasado y no doy con la respuesta. Podrìas ayudarme por favor.

hi, I just bought a LUMIX FZ 72 which is supposed to shoot in 'full pleine HD'' at 1920x1080. But when I go into Motion Picture settings, it is set on - REC Format MP4 - REC Quality VGA (480p) and it does NOT allow me to change that AT ALL. It simply 'skips' it and jumps down to the next setting (ISO limit set) without letting me change it like you show in your video..... can you please help me with this. really annoying.... Thank you,
